SLR's ARE DONE NOT ONLY AT SCHOOL


ISKL run a program where all six-grade students had to go on a trip and stay there for a night to have some learning’s, fun and something that will keep students to know each other better with their classmates. Last week me and all my friends from class 6A went to a very fun, interesting and extraordinary sight seeing trip to Kuala Selangor! We went on a bus to go there, it almost took more than two hours. For some reason the trip felt so short. I sat next to a boy, I barely ever talk to (Let’s call this boy Bob). I just found out that he is humorist and very nice.

When the bus arrived, we went off and drop our bags in assigned rooms, we will go to lunch after this. At lunch I didn’t sit next to Bob because my best friend wanted to tell me something. At the end of the day, after 6A finished all the activities, Bob and me took a shower. I learnt something about him, he hated bugs, Bob came out screaming, he was already in shower, wet. I asked him what’s the matter, he shouted ‘‘Bugs!’’              ‘‘Well stay calm’’ I said. Bob opened the door and told me to shut the shower and do not tell anyone because he almost cried. Well I did shut the shower and I didn’t make fun of him. The next day, Bob helped me to get out of the mud when we plant mangrove trees. I think that we kind of collaborate constructively and live ethically; it is because we know things that are suppose to do and not to do.

         Now I know that keeping secrets or others feelings is not difficult at all. Why do we need to insult others behind their back, in a way of telling secrets? And now Bob has a big appreciation with something that I figured out very nice. I also have the same good friend feeling, so now I have a new extra best friend. Well, have you done things to make people feel better? Or, are you thinking to do something good from now in your own way.
