Why do you think Ancient Egyptian Pharaohs created monuments?
First of all, why would anyone in the world want to build anything that he/she work hard on for someone else? Well, except if they're getting paid for it... Isn't that so obvious, even if they built a temple, a statue, a building, basically anything, it does not even have to be a monument, they make it for their life. Example my pharaoh Khufu, why did he build the pyramid? He built it for his dead body, making it for what he wants, in his case, tomb rooms for his family that have all his valuable things he believed will be carried with him to his afterlife. So, now I guess you guys would know what my answer is, just simple, for them. Although, it can be put into different categories like; fame, money, comfort, dream and etc.

What monuments in our society are similar?
Okay, I just had to use the power of 21st century for this question, ''Google It'' :D. You know, sometimes research just can't do it for these questions because, what will my key-word be to search it? So, in this random timing when I was just minding my own business, watching youtube, I saw Eiffel tower Paris in those picture cuts from the videos. Then I started remembering the time when I went to France, ''Yeah I went to paris'' I thought, I went to the Eiffel tower, Arc De Triomphe, and this weird underground museum with this glass pyramid thing. That's when the lightbulb popped out, that weird pyramid museum called Louvre Museum! Anyway, this Pyramid at the Louvrehas become been a symbol of the museum and modern Paris.

How did the using google docs as the main portal for collaboration help you with this assignment?
Using of Google docs really helped me very-very much for this project. In such ways as when me and Khairi contribute, we helped each other while in different places allowing to know what we should do. In class on the first day, we agreed that I have 3 and 4 and he have 1 and 2 for the note-taking. So we both did what we were suppose to do, but #2 and 3 is actually very hard! Because of Google docs, we know what's happening, so we ended up working all of it together helped by chat and find all the information for this research. It gives me a lesson that adding all what need to do is better than having own questions.

What did you learn from this assignment?
In this imovie project I not only learned about all stuff about Khufu, I learned a lot of very valuable lessons like, doing the big/important things first makes it more than a lot easier! It's because, sometimes, step by step is just not always the best way to do some projects. It takes much longer to make and do edits in a video from start to end, it's a waste of time! making it one by one and put it all together at the END.

What was challenging?
Wait, wont you guys would already know this???
I think my answers in the other paragraphs includes this question. Well never mind I'll just make a more detailed one then. Okay like I said about the Google docs note-taking sheet, the research questions are pretty hard for us! So we had a struggle on that while everyone else was starting their scripts. All the problem is actually that one problem at the starting that followed me and Khairi until the end of final imovie keeping us behind.

Which schoolwide learning results were evident in this assignment?

One of the school-wide learning that had a real good evident in this assignment is obviously "Collaborate Constructively". Why? It's a partner project where me and Khairi worked all we can to get it done perfectly which included a great deal of cooperation. Example, the time we both agreed to work on our video at free times is already counted as collaborating constructively right?
